...The Moss Point Industrial and Technology Park is the former site of the
International Paper operation. The more than 200-acre site sits next to the
Escatawpa River, just a short hop from Interstate 10. The location has barge
access, natural gas lines and a fresh-water canal. The two rail lines have been
dismantled so they can be reconfigured to meet the needs of a new tenant.
Tenants being targeted include those in the polymer technologies field, steel
assembly and manufacturing or marine-oriented operations.
