The Advanced Extremely High Frequency satellite
program is designed to provide global, secure,
protected, survivable communications for the Defense
Department. Capabilities include real-time video,
battlefield maps and targeting data. Lockheed Martin
is the lead company; Northrop Grumman provides the
payload processors and various antennas for this
military version of the A2100. Aerojet provides the
electric propulsion system. The EHF core structure is
integrated with electronic propulsion subsystem at
